Retired after a 30 year career in the United States Navy,

currently working as a Digital Illustrator.

  
My artwork primarily focuses on the outdoors and the beauty of nature. I am mesmerized by the ever-changing world around us, and I love to experiment with various subject matter, bold and subdued colors, contrast, texture and perspective. Although I have extensive experience with pencils, charcoal and pastels, I currently work exclusively in digital illustration. Each drawing I create is meant to convey a mood; whether it's a cheerful, bright, colorful sunset at the beach or a lonely, mysterious evening at sea, I hope to expose the viewer to a small snapshot of what Mother Nature has to offer.
